Lil Wayne
Welp.. looks like the animosity between the YMCMB and GOOD Music camps is picking up steam. After Pusha T dropped another subliminal diss seemingly directed at Drake, Wayne released this freestyle as retaliation. Nothing major, but after receiving flack for originally posting on twitter acccount, I think Wayne put the diss on wax AND mentioned Pusha T's name to show he really meant it. Stay Tuned!

Big K.R.I.T.s debut album "Live from the Underground" is set to drop June 5th and in preperation he released this "Temptation" remix earlier today. I've become a fan of KRIT as of late and Temptation is one of my favorite songs on "4evanaday". Check out the song below!

Going through some new releases and I came across this new Sir Michael Rocks tape a few weeks back. This was my first time listening to Mikey Rocks and his tape was solid.

The production is on point, really smooth beats you can just play on repeat, Mikey Rocks holds it down lyrically and his flow and subject matter separate this mixtape from most others you will here.

Came across this new interview with TI and the Breakfast Club and TI had some very interesting things to say. TI feels as if the game is fake now and rappers can say whatever they want and the fans dont even expect them to live up to it. TI claims he is from an era where if you didnt live what you rapped about, it was a strike against you.

I personally agree with TI and I feel the rap game has blurred the lines between the artist and that same artists real life. I feel as if music is being made just because certain topics are popular and artists want to sell, regardless of whether the lyrics hold true or not.

Check out the interview below and leave your comments on this subject

DreamChasers 2
Meek Mill's on fire right now and DreamChasers 2 is a must have release for the summer. I havent even heard it yet but considering the buzz he's got right now and based off of his verses from singles and recent features, I'm almost sure this is gonna be one of the biggest releases of 2012.
