Beef isnt just for the male rappers, as Angel Haze and Azealia Banks have both sent shots at each other this past week. The conflict started from a twitter comment (no surprise) by Azelia Banks that Angel Haze took  personally. A lot of people dont like beef in hip hop, but as long as its kept on wax and the artists use the battle as a skill test to see whose best, I think its much needed. 

I am posting below the latest diss tracks from each artist, leave us your comments and let us know who is winning this battle so far. 

Meek Mill and Cassidy have been going back and forth for minute now and it just got better. Last night at midnight Cassidy dropped a diss called "R.A.I.D." in respsonse to Meek Mill's latest diss "Repo".

I'm going to let you listen to R.A.I.D. and make your own decisions, but I think Cassidy really got at Meek with this one. Cassidy goes for 10 minutes over some of the most memorable beats in hip hop and gets VERY personal.

Another dope mixtape from earlier this year was "Macadelic" from Mac Miller. Macdelic was a very solid mixtape that flowed like a drug trip from beginning to end. Features from Juicy J, Lil Wayne, and Cam'ron were very surprising, and they each ended up making great songs alongside Mac Miller.

If this is a project you missed be sure to check this one out, Mac Miller really stepped it up here, and set the stage for whatever he plans to drop next.

Future dropped Astronaut Status" his third mixtape, and set the mixtape scene on fire. Future broke into the game a few years ago, and hasnt let up since by releasing consistent, original street music. Astronaut Status was full of bangers, "Jordan Diddy" featuring Gucci Mane, "Space Cadets" and "Itchin".

Rick Ross has been on a roll, dropping consistent hit music for a few years now. He started 2012 off with the "Rich Forever" mixtape. This project had an album feel, the beats had a cinematic sound and there were all star features.

Standout tracks include "Rich Forever" featuring John Legend, "Triple Beam Dreams" featuring Nas, and "Stay Schemin" featuring Drake and French Montana. Click the mixtape cover to download!

We decided to close the year by featuring our favorite mixtapes of the year you might have missed.

First up is TI's "F Da City Up" Mixtape. This project dropped on the first of the year and was a big way for TI to breakout.

Stand out tracks include "F Da City Up" featuring Young Jeezy, "Hot Wheels" featuring Travis Porter and Young Dro, and "On Purpose" featuring Trouble and Rich Kidd Shad.
